2012年秋からStanford GSBにて新たなチャレンジが始まります！
【今日の一言】
I’m really proud of Japanese national soccer team. Even though they lost last night’s game, they showed the prosperity for the next World Cup. They make me believe that Japan can do well if we confront one of the strongest team in the world like Netherland, England, and so on. Maybe, the road to the next World Cup will be also a difficult one because Asian countries such as China, North Korea, Oman are becoming strong recent years. However, now, I’m confident that Japanese national team will beat these sophisticated teams and challenge the best 8 or even the best 4 in the next World Cup. Because I had belonged to the soccer club for 7 years until graduation of junior high school and I sometimes faced the PK as a kicker in the important game, I can understand the feeling of Komano, who miss the goal last night’s game. PK requires not only skills but also stable spirits and luck. This is a very sever system to decide the winner, I think; however, I don’t hate this thrilling game.
Anyway, what I think to enhance Japanese national team is to make J-league more attractive and strong. Of course, the fact that there are a lot of Japanese who play in the great league all over the world; however, there are few countries where foster the strong national team without sophisticated domestic league. Domestic league definitely defines the strength of the national team. From this point of view, J-league must become more exciting to improve Japanese national team. Although to challenge the abroad league is very good, I hope Japanese good players to remain in the domestic league and to make it more exciting. I dream that J-league team reach the top of the club championship called TOYOTA cup someday.
Because this World Cup provided a strong impression for all around Japan, I expect that Japanese soccer society will regain the power. And someday, we will reach the best 4 in the World Cup.
